Gutsy, rich, creamy.
What used to be known as Oldfield Series, is now Oldfield Reserve. This Chardy was fermented in French oak using natural yeasts then matured in oak barrels for an additional 18 months.
Off the charts; a patisserie of liquid creme brulee drizzled in hazelnuts, golden apple turnovers, honeysuckle and matchstick aromas. It is creamy and packs a wallop of flavour in rich vanilla liqueur, melty caramels, sweet grilled pineapple and spiced vanilla lingering on the finish.
A gutsy and unapologetic wine.
